Glacier Water Company ("we", "our", or "the App") is a single-player business simulation game developed for iOS. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data the App accesses, why, and how it is handled.
1. Information We Collect
Game progress stored locally. Your company balance, facilities, research, regions, and settings are saved on your device using local storage (UserDefaults). This data is not transmitted to our servers.
Optional media you choose to add. If you use Company Profile features, you may voluntarily:
- Camera — photograph your in-game facilities or milestones for your company profile.
- Photo Library — select an existing image to attach to your company profile.
- Microphone — record a short facility clip stored locally on your device.
We do not access camera, microphone, or photo library unless you explicitly trigger these features. Media you capture remains on your device unless you choose to share it outside the App.
2. How We Use Information
- To save and restore your game progress on your device.
- To display profile photos and notes you add in Company Profile.
- To enable optional audio notes about your production facilities.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising.
3. Data Storage & Security
All game and profile data is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad. Uninstalling the App removes locally stored progress and profile media. We do not operate cloud accounts or backend servers for this App.
4. Third-Party Services
Glacier Water Company does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or social login providers. The App functions entirely offline after installation.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Your Rights
You can delete all App data by uninstalling Glacier Water Company from your device. You may revoke camera, microphone, or photo permissions at any time in iOS Settings → Glacier Water Company.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App is updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
